Psychologically Healthy and Safe Workplaces

 

Susan is a CMHA Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor. She will provide consultation and/or direct support to organizations looking to adopt the CSA Standard on Psychologically Healthy & Safe Workplaces.

 

Organizations often feel overwhelmed by the expectations of the Standard – Susan will guide you through the process with implementation customized to meet your individual needs and expectations.

 

This may include:

 

• Analysis of your organizations current state and how you may already be meeting the Standard

 

• Where immediate and low cost opportunities exist for creating a psychologically healthy and safe workplace

 

• Development of a longer term strategy for a psychologically health and safe workplace
